From Shared Calendars to Smart Crews
A multi‑national facilities services company was coordinating complex crews, recurring services, and expense tracking using shared Google Calendars and spreadsheets, limiting visibility and making it almost impossible to compare actual delivery to sales estimates.
Designed and delivered the full Field Service implementation including data model, mobile flows, scheduling logic, reporting, and time tracking.
Replaced ad‑hoc calendar scheduling with a model accounting for complex scheduling, crew composition, skills, products, and service offerings, optimizing fluid crew assignments.
Enabled real‑time capture of timesheets, issues, product consumption, and staffing, surfacing these against sales estimates. This enabled operations to see granular margin and performance at technician, job, territory and portfolio levels.
